Best game I ever played online.
you can spend your aps, then have a natter in the chats, or you can search the forum on several topics, not all of them relating to the game.

Once you get out of the tutorial, which might give new players a wrong idea about the it, the game is highly addictive and one is easily captured by the multiple activities within the community.
Because of the complexety of the finer points in the game, like the statistical site in trading or combat probabilities or even p2p interaction like the high art of diplomacy, the game attracts an above average crowd intelligence wise, which may result in frustration for those who are less capable.
Overall a good steady game for everybody who enjoys SciFi roleplaying.

A enjoyable game for those who don't want to be sitting in front of their computers for hours. It is best to play on 1 computer as there is a rule which can result in a permanent ban.
Once you start to play you'll understand the reason for only having 1 account ;)
However one of the best reasons you can enjoy this game is the community. Many pilots have created tools for the game which can help you from anything from the cost to buy a new ship, or a map of every sector in the game.
There are guides which can help you as a young player, and once you get in an alliance you can easily find a nice group and mentor with which to talk to.
Overall, have patience for the first week, and you'll begin to fall in love with this phenomenal game

The game play, I must admit is highly addicting and enjoyable. The fact that you get on once a day for about 45 minutes is great...its not a game you sit on for hours straight leveling up. But the HUGE MAJOR downfall of this game is that rules. They have a rule for everything..this is definitaly the strictest game I have ever had the displeasure of playing.
1) You pilot's name. You can have no numbers, no commas or anything of that sort. The name cannot be the name of anyone famous in real life(I have yet to figure that one out).
2) The mods. Most of the mods are pretty much jerks. You ask them for help and you either, get no answer, or an answer that does not help in the least.
3) (the big one) This is the reason I got banned...Ok here is the story first, All of the computers at my school have the same IP address. I did not know this. If you log onto 2 accounts on the same IP you are banned with one(count 'em 1) warning. They give you no chance to explain your case, and completely screw you over. So my friend gets on a school and wouldnt ya know it! I was banned. I sent an email to one of the admin and have yet to get an answer. I spent months on this game just for that. So my advice? Run. You WILL be banned if you do a tiny thing wrong. I was almost banned before because my name was Al Gore on the game. So just find another game and run...
